Enterprise Sales Manager Jobs in Missouri: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a enterprise sales manager in Missouri?
Most enterprise sales managers in Missouri start with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field tied to their industry, then build several years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience before moving into management. Missouri does not require a state-issued license for this role. Employers in St. Louis and Kansas City typically promote from within their existing sales teams or hire candidates who have managed accounts in the Midwest region and can demonstrate consistent revenue growth.
How much do enterprise sales managers make in Missouri?
Enterprise sales managers in Missouri earn a median of about $115,370 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $60,920 for the lowest 10% to over $223,340 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire enterprise sales managers in Missouri?
Companies currently hiring enterprise sales managers in Missouri include Semperis, Oakwood Systems, and C2FO, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Missouri's concentration of healthcare, financial services, and industrial manufacturing firms means many of these employers are seeking managers with vertical-specific sales experience rather than generalists.
Which Missouri cities have the most enterprise sales manager jobs?
St. Louis, Kansas City, and Columbia account for the most enterprise sales manager openings in Missouri. St. Louis drives volume through its headquarters density in healthcare IT and financial services, Kansas City draws demand from logistics and technology companies anchored in the metro, and Springfield's growing regional business community supports a smaller but consistent share of openings from mid-market firms expanding their commercial teams.
Are there remote enterprise sales manager jobs in Missouri?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 83% of enterprise sales manager openings tied to Missouri are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the role centers on video calls, CRM work, and virtual executive presentations. The portions most likely to remain in-office are team coaching, onboarding new sales reps, and attending key client meetings with Missouri-based accounts.
How can I get hired as a enterprise sales manager in Missouri with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is earning a promotion from a senior account executive or regional sales representative role within a Missouri employer. Large St. Louis-based firms like World Wide Technology and Centene's technology vendors run structured sales development programs that move high performers into player-coach or team lead roles before a full management title. Building a record in a named account executive seat, then volunteering to mentor junior reps or lead a territory, is the credential that matters most at Missouri employers before a first management hire.
Where can I find and apply to enterprise sales manager jobs in Missouri?
You can find and apply to enterprise sales manager jobs in Missouri on Migrate Mate, which lists current Missouri openings updated regularly. Search the listings for roles that match your industry background and territory experience, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
