Responsibilities

- Lead client communication and cross-functional collaboration; manage marketing, advertising, or public relations teams as needed.
- Track web analytics and Google Analytics reporting, assess campaign results, and use data-driven decision making to recommend improvements.
- Coordinate content writing, copywriting, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite deliverables; support marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and WordPress updates.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing account management, marketing management, digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing project management.
- Working knowledge of multichannel marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, analytics, research, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation implementation, CRM systems, WordPress, and basic HTML.
- Ability to manage budgets and collaborate with sales and product management partners.
