As a Digital Marketing Program Lead, you will serve as the primary client-facing program lead for a large enterprise digital marketing transformation program. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, aligning business and technical teams, and ensuring successful execution across distributed onsite and offshore teams. The ideal candidate combines consulting expertise, project leadership, stakeholder management, and Adobe ecosystem knowledge to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

- This position is an onsite position (5 days/week) in the Greater Denver, CO area
- This position is not open to agencies
- Serve as the primary delivery lead for Adobe Experience Cloud engagements, guiding projects from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, define priorities, and translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, product owners, marketing teams, and technology leaders.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, solution architects, developers, QA engineers, content teams, and Adobe specialists.
- Coordinate and manage multiple offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, quality, and timely execution across time zones.
- Drive project governance including project planning, status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, escalation management, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with Solution Architects and technical leads to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into delivery outcomes.
- Manage competing priorities and remove delivery roadblocks to keep teams focused on achieving project milestones.
- Collaborate with client and Genpact leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and platform growth.
- Monitor project financials, resource allocations, schedules, and scope to ensure successful delivery while meeting project objectives.
- Create an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project teams.
- Champion delivery best practices, governance frameworks, and process improvements to drive consistent project success.
What We'd Love to See
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise digital experience, marketing technology, content management, or customer experience initiatives on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform.
- Experience working across Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable enterprise digital experience platforms, with the ability to quickly understand product capabilities, implementation constraints, integration points, and delivery implications well enough to guide teams and client conversations.

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Target
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Workfront
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise software implementations, website transformations, digital experience programs, or platform modernization initiatives.
- Ability to support strategic discussions by connecting business outcomes, customer journeys, Adobe platform capabilities, delivery constraints, and long-term roadmap priorities.
- Anticipate future platform, product, and delivery needs by helping teams identify foundational work, reusable patterns, integration dependencies, risks, and decision points before they become blockers.
- Broad understanding of how enterprise platforms connect, including Adobe Experience Cloud, content management, analytics, personalization, workflow, data, commerce, CRM, identity, and integration layers.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including offshore development and QA teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, roadmap discussions, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify ambiguity, surface risks, clarify ownership, connect the right subject matter experts, and drive decisions that keep distributed teams moving.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, then guide productive conversations, and translate between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineers, and delivery leaders.
- Experience using AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot with success in modern day work streams across development, documentation, planning, and implementation teams.
- Previous consulting or digital agency experience strongly preferred.
- Adobe certifications, PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.
