Marketing Specialist Jobs in Miami: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a marketing specialist job in Miami?
Focus on employers in Miami's hospitality and tourism sector, luxury real estate firms, and the consumer brands concentrated in Brickell and Wynwood. Spanish fluency gives candidates a meaningful edge here, as most companies market directly to bilingual and Latin American audiences. Highlighting campaign work with multicultural or Spanish-language audiences, digital content, or local event activations makes a resume stand out in this market.
Which companies hire marketing specialists in Miami?
Miami marketing specialist roles are posted by QAD, WMX, and Ripple and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Miami's employer mix skews toward hospitality groups, international real estate developers, media companies, and regional consumer brands with Latin American operations.
Are there remote marketing specialist jobs in Miami?
Yes, though it varies by specialty. Desk-based work like content strategy, paid media, and marketing analytics is routinely offered remotely, while roles tied to events, retail activations, or on-site brand partnerships require an in-person presence. About 71% of marketing specialist openings tied to Miami are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, with digital and analytics-focused roles making up the largest share of those flexible arrangements.
How can I get a marketing specialist job in Miami with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Miami is through coordinator or assistant roles at mid-size hospitality brands, real estate agencies, or local media companies that hire junior talent and promote from within. Internships with Miami cultural institutions, sports franchises, or tourism boards also convert to full-time roles at a higher rate than cold applications. Building a portfolio with Spanish-language campaigns or Miami-specific audience data gets attention from local hiring managers faster than generic samples.
