Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, courteous service.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate medical equipment and explain product features, benefits, and usage.
- Contact clients regarding equipment orders, order status, and related follow-ups.
- Provide general information about insurance coverage and assist customers with insurance-related inquiries.
- Respond to customer questions, address concerns, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter patient notes, orders, and relevant information accurately into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
