What You’ll Do:
- Manage the behavior of clients who attend our Day Treatment Program and record their treatment progress.
- Coordinate service delivery by assessing the needs of the children and families we serve by linking them to appropriate services.
- Conduct and lead group activities to support treatment goals and ensure that the Person Centered Plan is created, modified, and reviewed as appropriate through the Child and Family Team.
- Provide agency vehicle transportation as needed.

Education and Experience
- B.A or B.S. or an Associates Degree in Social Work or a related human service field required.
- Qualified Professional (QP)
- 2 – 4 years of experience in children's mental health
- Children's Day Treatment experience preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office applications preferred
- Valid NC or SC Drivers License
