We are expanding our clinical team in Snohomish County and are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on individuals struggling with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. YOUR ROLE AT CONQUER
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:
- Provide diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning
- Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, peer counselors, SUDPs, case managers, and support staff
- Support clients navigating complex trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and dual diagnoses
- Participate in regular case consultations, team huddles, and quality improvement initiatives
- Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI, etc.) tailored to client needs
- Contribute to program development and help shape CONQUER’s clinical culture
- Maintain timely, ethical, and high-quality documentation in alignment with WAC and SERI guidelines
WHO YOU ARE
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHCA) in WA State
- Passionate about whole-person, trauma-informed care
- Skilled at working with diverse populations, including individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Organized, communicative, and collaborative
- Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records
- Able to work independently while contributing to a unified team
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Medicaid/Apple Health
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, or ASL preferred)
- EMDR certification or DBT training
