TEAM LEAD MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR - LPC, LMFT, LCSW
The primary role of Team Lead Counselor is to provide administrative and clinical supervision to Behavioral Health direct service staff. This position will provide direction of policies and procedures and direct the treatment teams and crisis support to staff, as well as keeping the Director informed at all times.
