Full-Time Clinicians (Hybrid Onsite/Telehealth Available, 20-25 Hours Per Week)
Art of Awareness is seeking a Full-Time Clinician to join our collaborative, trauma-informed clinical team. We welcome applications from fully or conditionally licensed LCSWs, LCPCs, and LMFTs who are looking for meaningful, sustainable work in a supportive practice environment.

Role Overview
This position will require on-site availability in South Portland. However, flexibility is built into the structure:
- Full-time is considered 20–25 client hours per week
- Paid administrative time is included
- Telehealth sessions may be incorporated where appropriate
- Some meetings and supervision may be attended remotely
- Scheduling is built collaboratively and thoughtfully
We are especially interested in clinicians open to working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in addition to individual adults. Experience with these populations is preferred but not required; we provide weekly supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
Some evening hours and/or one weekend day may be included based on client needs.

- Maintain a supported caseload within the agreed-upon range
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent therapy
