INTRODUCTION
Pharvaris is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel, oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists to potentially address all types of bradykinin-mediated angioedema. By targeting this clinically proven therapeutic target with novel, oral small molecules, the Pharvaris team is advancing new alternatives to injected therapies for the prevention and treatment of hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks, and other bradykinin B2-receptor-mediated indications. HAE is a rare and potentially life-threatening genetic disease and people living with HAE can suffer sudden and prolonged attacks of swelling in multiple areas of the body, including the airway, which can be life-threatening. We are expanding our U.S. Commercial team and are looking for a National Account Director (NAD) to join our team. Senior Level National Sales Director Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level national sales director job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who have owned national or multi-regional revenue targets, not just contributed to them. A strong candidacy shows a pattern of building and scaling sales organizations, influencing executive strategy, and developing talent beneath you. Highlight the scope of the teams you have led, the markets you have entered, and the measurable growth you have driven. Strategic thinking and cross-functional credibility matter as much as quota attainment at this stage.
Which companies hire senior level national sales directors?
Companies hiring senior level national sales directors right now include CVS Health, CareDx, and Reworld, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Hiring at this level tends to come from established enterprises and growth-stage companies that need experienced leaders to own national revenue operations rather than just execute within them.
Are there remote senior level national sales director jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and industry. About 82% of senior level national sales director openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how many organizations now allow senior sales leaders to operate from anywhere while still requiring regular travel to key markets, client sites, or regional offices.
What makes a national sales director role senior level?
Senior level national sales director roles carry ownership over the full sales function, not just a segment of it. Expectations shift from executing a playbook to building one, setting quota structures, defining go-to-market strategy, and coaching a team of sales managers or directors. The scope is enterprise-wide, the accountability is direct to the C-suite, and the expectation is that you can identify and close gaps in organizational performance, not just personal performance.
Which industries hire the most senior level national sales directors?
Senior Level national sales director roles concentrate in Insurance, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. These sectors tend to run complex, high-value sales cycles that require experienced leadership to manage large national teams, enterprise accounts, and multi-quarter revenue planning.
