Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SME for all IT network related incidents.
- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution independently.
- Handle high-severity and production-impacting incidents with full ownership.
- Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Manage and support Enterprise IT Network:
- Cisco LAN (Catalyst switches – L2/L3)
- Wireless (WLC, Access Points, RF troubleshooting)
- Firewalls (Cisco Firepower / ASA or equivalent)
- Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) – monitoring, assurance, compliance
- Cisco ISE – authentication, NAC, policy enforcement
- Proactively identify and fix network health and performance issues.
- Work closely with onsite OT/network plant teams for:
- Plant network dependencies
- Industrial connectivity issues
- Change coordination impacting production
- Provide IT-side inputs for IT/OT segmentation and security.
- Perform OT Network troubleshooting.
- Execute Network changes (configurations, upgrades, patching).
- Perform New deployments and site expansions.
- Ensure Proper risk assessment and rollback planning.
- Changes executed during approved windows.
- Manage EOL/EOS tracking and remediation.
- Implement and maintain Network segmentation.
- Firewall policies and secure access controls.
- Vulnerability remediation and patching.
- Security incident investigation.
- Coordinate with OEM TAC (Cisco, firewall vendors).
- Create, Update and Maintain Network diagrams and configurations.
- IP address management.
- Create, Update and Maintain SOPs/runbooks.
- Ensure accurate ITSM updates and audit compliance.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle production-critical situations under pressure.
- Clear communication with IT, OT, and business stakeholders.
- High discipline in documentation and change processes.
Base Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000 Per Annum
