- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
- None required.
