ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do:
- Manage payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle employee relations, offer guidance, and help resolve issues to support a positive company culture.
- Oversee benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries and facilitating the enrollment process.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies—reviewing and updating as necessary.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring new hires get off to a strong start.
- Oversee all aspects of onboarding to deliver a smooth, compliant, and welcoming new hire experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support manager development and advise on performance and employee engagement.
- Supervise and mentor one direct report in HR.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Experience with broad-based HR responsibilities, including payroll, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits, ideally in a multi-state environment.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
