We are especially seeking a surgeon with a special interest in hip arthroscopy and hip surgery. We are willing to provide training and mentorship for candidates eager to develop these skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat pediatric orthopedic conditions, including trauma and multiple fracture types.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions using advanced surgical technology.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric specialists, physicians, and APPs.
- Share call coverage equally among five surgeons, including an adult traumatologist.
- Participate in practice growth and development within a supportive, collegial environment.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency and fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Special interest in hip arthroscopy and hip surgery preferred — willing to train if interested.
