At GTS, PTAs play a critical role in helping patients move better, recover stronger, and return to the activities they love. You’ll work alongside experienced physical therapists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where quality care always comes first.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through individualized exercise programs and functional activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team
- Educate patients on proper movement, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and encouraging clinic environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What We’re Looking For
- Current Missouri PTA license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
