About the practice
We’re a growing urgent-care-at-home practice serving families in Brooklyn. Our certified medical technicians go to patients’ homes with hospital-grade diagnostic kits. These include digital stethoscopes, HD ear/throat/skin cameras, rapid strep/flu/COVID/RSV testing, blood draws, and live-streamed vitals. You are the provider on the other end of the screen. You examine, diagnose, prescribe, and direct care in real time, without the patient ever leaving their couch.
The role
We’re hiring two NPs or PAs to share coverage of our provider schedule. You’ll conduct live video visits alongside our field technicians, guiding the hands-on exam and testing, interpreting results, making treatment decisions, sending prescriptions, and documenting the visit.
Schedule (split between two providers)
- Saturday night: 7 pm – 12 am
- Sunday: 10 am – 10 pm
- Monday – Thursday: 2 pm – 10 pm
- Friday: 10 am – 3 pm (end time adjusts seasonally; closed for Shabbat)
That’s about 54 hours a week in total, roughly 25–30 hours per provider depending on how the shifts are divided. There’s flexibility to work out a split that suits both providers.
Requirements
- Active NY license as an NP or PA, with prescriptive authority
- Must be enrolled and credentialed with NY Medicaid (required)
- Experience in family medicine and/or urgent care, including pediatrics
- Comfortable with technology: video visits, EMR, e-prescribing, and digital diagnostic tools
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and makes confident clinical decisions remotely
- Clear, warm communicator with families and technicians
Compensation & benefits
- $75–$90 per hour, based on experience

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 50.0 per week
