We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in production processes.
***Experience with Columbia Machinery, batching systems, color systems, electrical systems, trouble shooting skills, strong managerial skills.
Duties
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
- Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
- Utilize systems to track production metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Lead process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Oversee operations management including planning, organizing, and directing the fabrication process
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations
- Supervise production management activities to meet quality standards
