Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure technical feasibility
- Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
- Engage with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback
- Manage release planning and coordinate deployment activities
- Analyze Salesforce usage metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Drive adoption of Salesforce solutions across the organization
- Provide training and support to end users as needed
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Salesforce best practices
