ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, a major global technology and social platform company, is looking for a contract Program/Product Marketing generalist to support a large subscriptions product release. This is an embedded, hands-on role: the contractor will coordinate across projects as subscription based products ships new features and updates. The PMM manage stakeholder communication, and maintain a client-facing website tied to the release. The engagement is structured as a contract placement, staffed by Sia, working day to day under the client team's direction.
YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a product marketer manager (PMM) at the core: someone with deep, end-to-end ownership of positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launches but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute. This role is best suited for a versatile generalist with strong strategy and operations instincts, excellent project coordination skills, and enough product fluency to navigate an ever-evolving technology environment.
The work is fast-moving, highly visible, and often ambiguous. You’ll be expected to bring a strong point of view, create clarity where the path forward isn’t obvious, and move fluidly from understanding complex technical developments to shaping the GTM positioning, narrative, competitive strategy, launch, and execution around them.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Subscription features and plan updates launch smoothly because workstreams, timelines, and dependencies remain tightly coordinated.
Client and cross-functional teams have clear, timely information to make decisions and stay aligned throughout the release.
Assigned workstreams move from planning through delivery with strong ownership, minimal oversight, and no dropped details.
The release website and supporting content remain accurate, current, and useful as product information evolves.
Go-to-market, strategy, and operations efforts stay connected, ensuring teams are prepared to support each release milestone.
Risks, blockers, and timeline shifts are identified early, communicated clearly, and addressed before they disrupt delivery.
Qualifications
5 years of relevant experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, digital marketing, or product marketingHands-on experience maintaining or updating a website or content portal
Formal Product Marketing Manager (PMM) background or title, though not required
Prior experience with subscription products, product releases, or big-tech/social-platform environments (not required — candidates without direct subscription experience are still in consideration)
Digital and AI fluency, and comfort adapting quickly to a fast-changing scope
3+ years of Management Consulting Experience (a plus!)
