- Turn Data into Decisions: Develop business cases, analyze costs and margins, evaluate pricing, and recommend which products we should develop, improve, or retire.
- Drive Product Launches: Coordinate the commercial side of new product development, ensuring products are positioned, priced, documented, and ready for market.
- Solve Technical Challenges: Collaborate with engineers and suppliers to evaluate specifications, product performance, quality, and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize Our Product Portfolio: Analyze product performance, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

- Industry & Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction, agricultural, or industrial equipment, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, BOMs, and mechanical systems.
- Product Development & Strategy: Experience managing product lifecycles, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Business & Financial Acumen: Proven ability to develop business cases, evaluate pricing and profitability, analyze market opportunities, and make sound, data-driven recommendations.
