WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Employee Experience Programs Specialist supports the day-to-day administration, coordination, communication, and reporting of key Employee Experience programs across North America. Provides operational support for employee listening initiatives, employee communications, engagement programs, onboarding and offboarding processes, and employee-facing platforms to help drive awareness, adoption, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
Partners with the Employee Experience Programs Manager, HR teams, Communications, vendors, and business stakeholders to support program execution, reporting and analytics, employee resources, onboarding initiatives aligned with CHORUS, and continuous improvement efforts across the employee lifecycle.
Program & Vendor Management
- Oversees day-to-day administration and ongoing optimization of employee experience programs and vendor partnerships
- Assists with vendor coordination, program logistics, timelines, and operational follow-up activities
- Supports employee engagement, recognition, listening, and employee community initiatives across the region
- Maintains documentation, resources, trackers, and program materials to support operational consistency
- Prepares presentation materials for analytics and executive report outs
Employee Listening, Communication & Survey Management
- Leads execution and coordination of employee feedback initiatives, including me@SG, pulse surveys, and Top Employer activities
- Manages program timelines, key milestones, communications, reporting, and follow-up activities in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Tracks engagement trends, participation, and program effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and increased adoption
- Supports communication strategies that drive employee awareness, understanding, and adoption of Employee Experience programs and resources
- Drafts employee communications, resource materials, FAQs, and support content in partnership with Communications and HR teams
Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Supports continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes across North America in partnership with HR, Communications, and business stakeholders
- Maintains onboarding and offboarding resources, documentation, toolkits, and employee-facing materials aligned with CHORUS and broader employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinates employee and manager communications, timelines, resources, and support activities related to onboarding and offboarding experiences including distribution of onboarding newsletters through the Poppulo system
- Supports employee lifecycle initiatives by helping ensure processes, systems, and resources deliver a consistent and people-centered experience
- Assists onboarding and offboarding coordination activities related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including employee communications, resource support, and transition coordination
Employee-Facing Portals & Resource Management
- Maintains employee-facing portals and resource hubs, including Gateway, the Employee Experience Portal, ERG Portal, and Manager Hub
- Coordinates content updates, resource organization, and ongoing maintenance to ensure information remains current and accessible
- Partners with stakeholders to improve usability, navigation, and employee access to resources and tools
- Monitors portal engagement and identifies opportunities to improve the employee user experience
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years progressive HR experience, preferable in manufacturing
- Bachelor degree in human resources, organizational development, management, or related field
- Knowledge of government policies and regulations to include EEO, and FLSA
- Able to uphold the highest level of confidentiality
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (MS office suite)
- Working knowledge in Canva and Adobe Suite
- Articulate and persuasive in oral & written communication
- Self-starter, able to prioritize and execute multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and proven team building skills
- Able to manage a project from start to finish with a project plan
