Ensure all clinical operations activities are consistent with PDM policies and procedures and documented in PDM records. Including inventory/supply management; instrument sterilization.
Supervise and grade dental students in close collaboration with the supervising dentist faculty on PDM educational policies and procedures.
Supervise and provide dental hygiene care as a public health dental hygiene practitioner.
Develop, implement and evaluate oral health educational programs at community sites.
Other duties as assigned. Provide and maintain expertise in innovative solutions focused on the responsible stewardship of Penn Dental Medicine and its community experience.

An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner certification is required.
