ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked alongside my father, who was also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for helping customers, building relationships, and serving the community.
I’m a graduate of University of Oregon and am the proud father of two daughters. We also have a black lab who keeps life interesting. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and staying involved in the local community.
Our agency is active throughout the Ridgefield area and supports a variety of community initiatives. We sponsor the Clark County Flag Football League and have been involved with organizations such as the Northwest Blind Athlete Association. Giving back and staying connected locally are important parts of who we are.
We offer PTO, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where people can be successful while still enjoying life outside of work.
Our office culture is relaxed, supportive, and team-oriented. We believe in helping each other succeed and creating a positive environment where everyone contributes. I’m looking for someone who is competitive, motivated, adaptable, and willing to take initiative. If you’re a go-getter who enjoys working with people and wants to grow within a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.
