ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and completed the Aspirant Program, which provided valuable experience and prepared me to build an agency focused on growth, development, and customer service.
I graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in Economics. I’m married with one daughter, and outside of work my family enjoys spending weekends at the Jersey Shore, watching sports, and making memories together. I stay involved in the community as a member of the local Rotary Club and enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses around us.
Our agency offers health benefits, licensing costs paid up front, a strong focus on work-life balance, and significant investment in professional development. We regularly utilize outside sales training programs and vendors to help team members sharpen their skills and continue growing.
Our culture is collaborative, energetic, and growth-oriented. I’m looking for someone who is confident, coachable, competitive, and willing to learn. The ideal candidate is a team player who brings a strong work ethic and is eager to develop both personally and professionally. If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow with a new agency and build a successful long-term career, this could be a great fit for you.
