Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle high-volume recruitment, sourcing candidates using recruiting databases along with internet, social media, and any other feasible recruiting methods. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers, and HR Generalist on a regular basis to establish and carry out sourcing strategies.

Essential Accountabilities:

· Conducts calibration meetings with stakeholders as required

· Responsible for supporting the development of and updating job descriptions and job specifications

· Responsible for preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards

· Responsible for establishing creative sourcing strategies to drive pipeline fulfillment

· Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications

· Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within scheduled timeframes

· Provide well documented recruiting reports to ensure compliant applicant tracking

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

· Provide necessary support and follow up to guide candidates through the pre-boarding process

· Work closely with the HR Generalist up to offer acceptance

Education/Experience:

· Associate’s Degree in related field

· Minimum 1-3 years full-cycle recruiting experience

· Recruitment certification(s) preferred

Qualifications:

· Solid ability to conduct interviews

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Solid written communication skills

· Demonstrated experience with various sourcing methods and practices

· Strong decision-making skills

· Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

· Majority of time spent sitting

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
