Details
- Respiratory Therapy department position within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 7:30
- Weekend work as needed
- May float to other facilities within the health system as needed
Requirements
- CRT or RRT accepted
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
- NBRC certification required, active and in hand at time of consideration
- BLS certification required, active and in hand at time of consideration
- Active Ohio RRT license required, license required if applicable
- 18 months of recent experience in the specialty, preferably within the last 3 years
- One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required

- Must be nicotine-free as facility is a smoke-free environment
- Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test required within 12 months of start and updated annually
- COVID-19 vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only
- Flu vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only
- BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
- Travelers expected to work every other holiday
- All RTO requests must be discussed during the interview process
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- Assignments limited to 18 consecutive months, with a required 6-month break before returning to any facility within the health system
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to the health system for 1 year from their previous end date
