About the Role
United States — fully remote (any U.S. state). This is a paid, 14-day pilot.
Xenios Health is developing educational content and a community around proactive health, fitness, scientific research and technology. We’re seeking an experienced social media professional who combines confident live presentation with careful research communication and strong audience engagement.
You will help make complicated topics understandable, encourage thoughtful questions and turn live discussions into useful social content. You will work with Samuel and Lawrence, using reviewed source materials and a clear content-approval process.
We plan to begin livestreaming on YouTube and TikTok where account and content eligibility permit, with Discord supporting ongoing discussion. Our initial research curriculum includes BPC-157, TB-500 and the “Wolverine” label. The emphasis is evidence, limitations and clear explanations. This role does not include individualized medical advice or product sales.
Responsibilities
- Host a structured, engaging 60-minute live session each day during the 14-day pilot, including weekends.
- Prepare strong opening hooks, discussion outlines, source references and questions that make technical material accessible.
- Moderate the other presenter’s daily session, handle comments respectfully and redirect personal medical questions.
- Explain uncertainty clearly and correct errors promptly; never improvise unsupported health claims.
- Identify useful replay moments, draft captions and recap copy, and coordinate short-form edits for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
- Welcome Discord members, respond during scheduled coverage and encourage relevant, respectful discussion across different interests.
- Collaborate on content calendars, presentation standards, brand consistency and approved creator or affiliate educational materials.
- Review watch time, retention, meaningful comments and returning participation; recommend specific changes to improve the next session.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience creating or managing social media content for your own established audience, a brand, agency or organization.
- Existing examples of livestream hosting, interviews, webinars or sustained on-camera educational presentation.
- Practical understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube formats, including audience hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails and community interaction.
- Ability to explain research accurately without overstating findings; a science, health, education or coaching background is helpful, but credentials must match the work you claim.
- Comfort with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent, and streaming tools such as OBS, StreamYard or native LIVE tools.
- Ability to interpret aggregate performance data and describe your personal contribution to campaign results.
- Clear microphone audio, stable video, good lighting, reliable internet and a professional presentation environment.
- Strong preparation, punctuality, communication and judgment. Direct Discord moderation and brand-partnership experience are advantages.
Schedule and Compensation
Pay is $30 per hour for 52 paid hours ($1,560 total). Live dates are November 9–22, 2026, including weekends.
The paid scope is three prelaunch training/rehearsal hours plus 3.5 hours daily for 14 consecutive live days: one hour hosting, one hour cross-moderating, one hour preparing and 30 minutes for recaps/community follow-through. Editing and reporting must fit the agreed scope; additional work requires agreement.
Live windows are noon-1 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. Central. Both hosts cover both windows. State your availability for the complete pilot, including weekends.
