We are expanding and seeking a compassionate, experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to serve patients across Snohomish County in a hybrid care model that blends in-person visits with telehealth flexibility.

What You’ll Do
Practice outpatient medicine with intention, depth, and relationship-centered focus:
- Conduct in-person and telehealth visits
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide follow-up visits
- Deliver acute care during exacerbations
- Manage chronic, high-risk conditions
- Diagnose and treat dementia, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s, and more
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with caregivers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation aligned with Medicare standards
This is comprehensive primary care, practiced thoughtfully and unhurriedly in the patient’s home.
What We’re Looking For
- Active NP license in Washington State (Required)
- Active DEA license (Required)
- Active RN license in Washington State (Required)
- MSN or DNP
- Experience in Geriatrics, Family Practice, or Primary Care strongly preferred
- Comfortable traveling throughout Snohomish County
- Strong clinical judgment
- A genuine passion for serving the elderly
