For Licensed Psychologists Who Reside In GA or within 50 Miles of GA
Our early intervention practice for autism services includes a developmental testing program for children under age five, and we complete evaluations referred via MCHAT by their pediatricians who are longterm colleagues from twenty-five years in early intervention for feeding, speech, occupational and physical therapy as well as ABA.
We are currently seeking Licensed Psychologists to participate remotely on the Evaluation Teams and conduct a telehealth meeting with the family after testing is completed to review data and outcomes.
Currently, in person roles are not required. Working hours are available according to family and psychologist preference. Our intake person can schedule for you, or you can schedule these meetings yourself. Typically we complete approximately 6-10 evaluations per week and plan to significantly grow our testing program. Timing is a critical element, and each family completing testing requires a meeting to review results within 8 days.
Because we educate our families from the beginning, and they are entering a program that is comprehensive in all services, the face to face diagnostic review meetings are generally very smooth and in keeping with the team model process. 30 min per mtg is typically more than sufficient with the resources available to them and the following steps.
We're happy to accommodate whatever procedure is most comfortable and have full faith that your experience with us will be financially stable, ethical, supportive of learning, and collaborative in a friendly and open way with our TEAM MODEL ABA PROGRAM which includes collaboration on each ABA careplan with ST, and OT's , and a mentoring environment with the many experienced BCBA's on our staff. We work in a team model so that all possible strategies are available to us as we develop these plans of care and save very young children time. Making a contribution to autism services efficacy and quality is at the heart of all our policies as well as the coalition of doctors who are equally frustrated with GA 's failure as a state to deliver quality early intervention to children with autism. .
Once identified and diagnosed, children who are found to have autism then proceed to a full ST evaluation before ABA begins to rule out any structural or functional issues with speech and feeding development. Ongoing input from speech therapy language development strategies continues. OT begins with ABA and is the provider who helps the child manage the neurological symptoms of their medical condition, so that they can feel most organized and ready to participate in learning. Most toddlers have been managing their medical symptoms alone.
Finally, the BCBA's are the supervisor of the case and responsible for the individualized learning plan and the ongoing education of the child's caregivers for best possible outcomes and advocacy as our children begin school.
Compensation and Schedule
This is a contract , 1099 role for licensed psychologists who reside in GA. If you are able to file under your own credentialled medicaid and CMO enrollment, you can collect 128.00 per visit for the one unit code referred to. If you are not credentialled we can start at 100.00 per hour ( 50.00 per visit ) until you have been credentialled for billing.

We offer mentoring and have many BCBA's in PhD accreditation and clinical experience levels to guide our program. We also offer families a team collaboration for all areas of the ABA care plan that are needed: OT, Feeding , Speech , along with the applied behavioral analysis providers. The team model is a support for our BCBAs as well as our families.
We use the ABA budget to provide free and fast developmental testing to toddlers who have been noted as at risk, and to provide a team model so that strategies from all disciplines to be at work in their weekly plans.
The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
Mission Outline for Improvement of Early Intervention Outcomes:
1. Early identification and diagnosis without an ODYSSEY OF WAIT TIME
- Develop individualized, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client.
- Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBT’s on caseload.
- Provide on-going direct and indirect family guidance that are necessary for programming mastery.
- Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members.
- Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers
- Review progress notes and data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.
- Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
- Perform comprehensive initial and recurring assessments.
- Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
