BMF Mechanical | New Jersey & Pennsylvania & New York
BMF Mechanical is looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to help expand our commercial customer base.
We specialize in commercial HVAC service, preventative maintenance, rooftop unit replacements, refrigeration, and energy-efficiency projects, including utility incentive programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial and industrial customer relationships.
- Sell preventative maintenance agreements and HVAC service contracts.
- Identify rooftop unit replacement and equipment upgrade opportunities.
- Generate leads through property managers, facility directors, building owners, and commercial businesses.
- Promote eligible utility incentive and energy-efficiency programs.
- Work with our estimating and operations teams to close profitable projects.
Qualifications
- Commercial HVAC or related B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable generating new business.
- Existing commercial customer relationships are a plus.
Compensation
- 5% Performance-based commission.
