Position Summary
The Research Technician assists with the execution of in vitro and in vivo experiments in support of ongoing research projects. This role involves maintaining cell cultures, mouse colonies, and biological samples in accordance with institutional guidelines and regulatory standards. The technician prepares reagents and experimental materials, manages laboratory inventory and supply ordering, and processes and catalogs specimens. Additionally, this position supports laboratory safety compliance, assists with lab inspections, and ensures proper maintenance of equipment, facilities, and supplies. Strong organizational and technical skills are essential to support research objectives and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
