We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant & Bar Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies

- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the restaurant and bar areas
- Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting performance evaluations to support staff development
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams with effective team management capabilities
- Proficiency with POS systems including Toast POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry regulations
- Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, staff training, and customer interactions
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, inventory control, and profit analysis
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, food production, catering or banquet services is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume setting
