Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Fast Casual Restaurant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional experiences! Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and safety
- Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety regulations
- Handle POS systems such as Toast for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation and integration with mayor ordering-delivery online.
- Monitor customer service levels to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff, overseeing opening/closing procedures, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience with POS systems; proficient in cash handling and transaction processing
- Background in inventory control, food management, and cost analysis to optimize restaurant profitability
- Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews
- Strong understanding of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and shift management
- Culinary experience; familiarity with catering operations is advantageous
- Ability to manage budgets, perform profit & loss analysis, and implement training & development initiatives
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
