This role is based at 1440 Foods' corporate office in New York City and follows a hybrid work schedule.
Position Overview:
As an Analyst on the Revenue Growth Management team, you will play a key role in supporting topline and bottom-line growth by contributing to trade and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) optimization initiatives. Through data analytics, you will help develop pricing and promotional strategy and support best practice sharing with Sales, Marketing, and Category Management partners. You will work closely with the RGM team to identify the next wave of revenue opportunities across multiple growth horizons.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support design and execution of cross-channel annual promotional strategy in partnership with Sales and Finance teams
- Track promotional plan implementation and measure effectiveness (lift, ROI), maintaining a repository of winning tactics
- Support cross-channel trade budget tracking and pacing to plan; help identify opportunities to maximize in-year investment returns
- Conduct periodic market assessments to evaluate category and competitor pricing trends and emerging opportunities
- Support development of RGM training materials to drive integration of best practices
- Conduct test & learn analysis to help identify and validate new growth tactics
- Support development of pack price architecture analysis to inform horizon II project pipeline
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on new item launches, providing analysis to inform roll-out strategy
- Collaborate on FY budget planning and pricing / trade simulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Sales Strategy, Planning, Operations, or similar
- A strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of P&L and key Revenue Growth levers to drive both top and bottom-line growth
- Experience with market intelligence and syndicated data systems (e.g., Circana)
- Excellent communication capabilities, ability to support development of sell-in materials
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
Salary for the Analyst, Revenue Growth Management starts at $120,000.
