Trophy Exteriors is hiring motivated, outgoing people who want to build a career in roofing sales.

This is an in-person, outdoor sales position. You will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, talk with them about the condition of their roof, identify potential roofing concerns, and schedule roofing inspections.

Pay

• $500 Weekly Base pay for appointment setting + weekly bonuses
• Uncapped sales commission
• Performance bonuses
• Paid weekly
• Proven earning potential of $75,000–$200,000+ per year
• Top performers can earn $150,000–$250,000+

Your income will depend on your performance, appointments generated, and sales results.

No Experience? That’s Okay.

You do not need previous roofing or sales experience.

Experience in sales, home improvement, serving, customer service, or in-home sales is a plus, but it is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Talk with homeowners face-to-face
• Visit local residential neighborhoods
• Help homeowners understand potential roofing concerns
• Schedule roofing inspection appointments
• Perform basic ground-level visual inspections
• Learn how to identify signs of roof damage
• Communicate roofing options and next steps to homeowners
• Work with our sales, production, and operations teams
• Keep track of appointments and customer information
• Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process

Schedule

Full-time position

• Monday–Friday
• Alternating Saturdays
• Availability required between approximately 10:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Local travel during the workday
• No overnight travel
• This is an on-site and field-based position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week
• Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and alternating Saturdays
