Peak Roofing & Construction is growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This isn’t your typical construction labor job. You’ll work directly with our Operations Manager, gaining hands-on experience with roof repairs, inspections, construction projects, and day-to-day operations.
One day you might be inspecting a commercial roof, the next helping with repairs, coordinating materials, or visiting multiple job sites.
If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and staying active rather than sitting behind a desk, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with residential and commercial roof repairs.
- Helping perform roof inspections and identify damage.
- Traveling between different job sites throughout Utah County and surrounding areas.
- Picking up and delivering materials and supplies.
- Taking measurements, photos, and documenting roof conditions.
- Assisting with project preparation and quality control.
- Working alongside our Operations Manager to coordinate daily activities.
- Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as you grow.

Additional qualifications that are a plus:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous construction, roofing, or other trade experience.
- Experience using tools or performing hands-on repairs.
No college degree or previous roofing experience required. We’re happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
