Position Summary
We are hiring Assembly Technicians to assemble products. In this role, you will work as part of a small team putting together precision components into finished goods that ship to customers every day. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and care about doing the job right the first time. Prior assembly experience is great, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter more.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly Work: assemble product on the line according to work instructions, BOMs, and quality standards.
Quality Checks: Inspect your own work as you go. Catch issues early and flag anything that does not look right.
Pace & Output: Meet daily and weekly build targets while maintaining quality.
Tools & Fixtures: Use hand tools, fixtures, torque drivers, and basic shop equipment safely and correctly.
Workstation Care: Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked. Practice good 5S habits.
Team Communication: Communicate clearly with your lead and teammates. Speak up when something is off.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements when you see a better way to do something. Your input matters.
