Position Overview
As a AT&T Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to explain AT&T wireless services, answer questions about devices and features, and guide them through available promotions. This is an in-person role focused on customer interaction and delivering a positive store experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide helpful information about AT&T products and services
- Assist with device options, upgrades, and plan comparisons
- Explain current AT&T promotions in a clear, accurate manner
- Maintain an organized retail area and assist with daily store tasks
