Job Description:
Proclaim Roofing & Restoration is looking for motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-income field sales opportunity for someone who is competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and ready to build a long-term career in roofing and restoration.

You will be responsible for generating leads, inspecting roofs, meeting with homeowners, helping customers through the roofing and restoration process, and closing projects. No roofing experience is required, but sales experience, strong communication skills, and a strong work ethic are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Door knock and generate new homeowner leads
• Perform roof inspections
• Meet with homeowners and explain roofing/restoration options
• Assist customers through the insurance claim process
• Follow up with leads and appointments
• Close roofing projects and maintain customer communication
• Represent Proclaim Roofing & Restoration professionally in the field
• Stay consistent with daily sales activity and company standards

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners

• Sales or roofing experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:
Full-time / Part-time
Monday–Saturday availability preferred

Ideal Candidate:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
