We’re looking for a relationship- and rapport-driven Travel Coordinator who will inform existing timeshare owners and prospective guests of getaway details, overcome objections, and facilitate the scheduling of their travel dates. Your Impact
- Sales Execution & Travel Scheduling: Inform existing owners and prospective guests of getaway details and successfully schedule their travel dates by using effective telephone communication to build rapport and overcome objections.
- Financial & Data Management: Record recent result communications within the Maxlight system and utilize internal systems to manage customer information and outreach schedules.
- Operational Support: Accurately and securely manage customer deposits and credit card payments for travel bookings, while performing additional duties to support departmental goals.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years working experience in a sales or customer-service based role.
- Flexibility to support business needs by working evenings, and potentially weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required.
- Proven track record of effectively establishing rapport and presenting information clearly to customers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse owners and prospective guests through telephone and personal contact.
