- Deliver a 5-star patient experience from start to finish
- Follow up and stay proactive with patients who are considering treatment
- Support front office flow including scheduling, phones, and patient communication
- Collaborate with a fast-paced, team-driven office

- Proven sales experience (required)
- Dental/orthodontic experience is a plus—but we can train the right person
- Strong confidence, communication, and closing skills
