Sales Coordinator Jobs in Pennsylvania: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales coordinator in Pennsylvania?
Most Pennsylvania employers require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, though associate degree holders with relevant experience are frequently considered. Pennsylvania does not issue a state license for sales coordinators, so the path runs through education, CRM proficiency, and demonstrated sales support experience. Starting in customer service, inside sales, or administrative roles at Pennsylvania manufacturers, health systems, or financial firms is a common entry point that leads into coordinator positions.
Which companies hire sales coordinators in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania sales coordinator roles are posted by Shaner Hotel, IGO, and HomeBinder, a division of InspectionGo and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Pennsylvania's mix of large manufacturers, pharmaceutical distributors, and regional financial institutions creates steady, year-round demand for sales coordination talent across the state.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most sales coordinator jobs?
Tyrone, Hershey, and Pittsburgh have the most sales coordinator openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia anchors the highest volume, driven by its concentration of pharmaceutical, financial services, and media companies, while Pittsburgh's manufacturing and technology sectors fuel demand there, and Allentown's industrial and healthcare employers drive activity in the Lehigh Valley corridor.
Are there remote sales coordinator jobs in Pennsylvania?
Yes, and they're fairly common for desk-based coordination work. About 25% of sales coordinator openings tied to Pennsylvania are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the role involves CRM management, reporting, and internal communication rather than on-site presence. Order entry, pipeline reporting, and proposal preparation are the tasks most likely to appear in fully remote listings.
How can I get hired as a sales coordinator in Pennsylvania with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a customer service or administrative support role at a Pennsylvania employer with an active sales team, then a lateral move into coordination. Large Pennsylvania-based companies in distribution, healthcare, and financial services regularly bring in candidates from inside sales associate or sales operations assistant titles. Building proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM and pairing it with a business or marketing degree from a Pennsylvania college gives candidates a clear edge over applicants without those credentials.
Where can I find and apply to sales coordinator jobs in Pennsylvania?
You can find and apply to sales coordinator jobs in Pennsylvania on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers hiring across the state right now. Search the roles available, identify the ones that fit your background and location, and apply directly to each one.
