Building a portfolio of campaign work, even through internships or freelance projects, strengthens applications significantly at Pennsylvania companies.
How much do brand managers make in Pennsylvania?
Brand managers in Pennsylvania earn a median of about $150,810 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $76,990 for the lowest 10% to over $246,320 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire brand managers in Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania's mix of consumer goods headquarters, major health systems, and large financial institutions means brand manager openings appear across a wide range of industries throughout the state.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most brand manager jobs?
Philadelphia, Exton, and Easton have the most brand manager openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia dominates because of its dense concentration of consumer goods firms, health systems, and media companies, while Pittsburgh's growing technology and healthcare sectors drive steady demand, and the Lehigh Valley sees openings tied to its retail and distribution employer base.

Yes, and more than many fields, since brand management is primarily a desk-based, strategic, and communications-driven role.
