Brand Manager
Lendyx · Miami, FL · On-site
Lendyx is a direct private real estate lender providing financing to real estate investors and developers nationwide. We specialize in residential transition, bridge, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and construction financing, helping experienced investors move quickly and confidently on real estate opportunities.
With more than $1B originated and an ambitious growth strategy ahead, Lendyx is building a best-in-class lending platform and a brand that reflects the speed, sophistication, and service our clients expect.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Brand Manager to own and elevate how Lendyx shows up in the market, with a heavy focus on content creation, social media, and day-to-day marketing execution.
This is not a role where you simply develop a strategy and hand execution off to an agency or outside team. We need someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and creating; developing social content, writing copy, building campaigns, coordinating creative assets, managing our social channels, and turning ideas into content that actually gets published.
A major part of this role will be owning and growing Lendyx’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You should understand what works on each platform, how audiences behave differently across channels, and how to translate Lendyx’s brand and expertise into content that drives awareness, credibility, engagement, and ultimately business growth.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative, strategic, and execution-focused. You can develop the idea, build the plan, create the content, publish it, analyze the results, and improve the next campaign.
What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day execution of Lendyx’s social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create content hands-on, including social posts, graphics, short-form video concepts, reels, captions, thought leadership, company announcements, email content, campaign copy, and other digital assets.
- Develop and manage a strategic content calendar that ensures Lendyx maintains a consistent, relevant, and engaging presence across its social and digital channels.
- Tailor content specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, understanding the unique audience, format, tone, and engagement strategy required for each platform.
- Own and execute the overall Lendyx brand strategy while maintaining consistent positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, generate engagement, and support lead generation and business development.
- Work closely with leadership to turn company expertise, market insights, transactions, successes, and industry perspectives into compelling content.
- Utilize HubSpot to support marketing campaigns, email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM workflows, reporting, and marketing automation. Hands-on HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools and automation to make marketing faster, smarter, and more scalable, from content ideation and repurposing to campaign workflows, lead nurturing, reporting, and other repeatable marketing processes.
- Collaborate closely with sales and originations teams to develop content, campaigns, and materials that support pipeline growth and client engagement.
- Track social media and campaign performance, including follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, lead generation, and other relevant KPIs.
- Use performance data to determine what content is working, what is not, and continuously refine Lendyx’s content and marketing strategy.
- Stay current on social media trends, AI marketing tools, digital marketing, private lending, real estate, financial services, and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for a company or professional brand is required.
- Demonstrated ability to personally create and execute social media and marketing content, rather than solely managing agencies or outside creative teams.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, digital marketing, brand positioning, audience growth, and campaign development.
- Ability to write compelling social copy, marketing messaging, thought leadership, email content, and other brand communications.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred, particularly with marketing campaigns, email, CRM functionality, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms is a major plus. We are especially interested in candidates who actively use AI to improve content creation, streamline workflows, automate repetitive marketing processes, and increase marketing efficiency.
- Experience within financial services, real estate, mortgage lending, private lending, fintech, or another high-growth professional services environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex financial products and industry concepts into clear, compelling, client-focused content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for messaging, design, and detail.
- Strong creative judgment and an understanding of what makes a premium brand feel credible, modern, and differentiated.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to move multiple content and marketing initiatives from idea to execution.
- Comfortable working directly with executives and senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social and marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Why Lendyx
Lendyx isn’t looking to blend into the private lending industry. We’re building a company with the infrastructure, talent, technology, and brand to compete at the highest level.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, influence how the company is positioned in the market, and have meaningful creative ownership during an important stage of growth.
Experience:
- Content creation: 3 years (Required)
- HubSpot: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person

Brand Manager Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a brand manager in Florida?
Brand management in Florida requires no state-issued license or exam, so the path runs through education and experience. Most Florida employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration. From there, candidates typically build toward a brand manager role through positions in marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or product marketing roles at Florida-based companies across industries like hospitality, retail, consumer goods, and healthcare.
How much do brand managers make in Florida?
Brand managers in Florida earn a median of about $142,620 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $78,250 for the lowest 10% to over $261,310 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire brand managers in Florida?
Employers hiring brand managers in Florida right now include Royal Caribbean, Stanton Optical, and Vinik Sports, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's large consumer-facing industries, including hospitality, retail, and health and wellness, generate consistent brand manager demand at both headquarters and regional marketing teams.
Which Florida cities have the most brand manager jobs?
Miami, Tampa, and Hollywood have the most brand manager openings in Florida. Miami leads because of its concentration of consumer goods companies, international retail brands, and Latin American market-focused headquarters, while Tampa and Orlando generate demand through large hospitality groups, regional retail chains, and healthcare networks with active marketing functions.
Are there remote brand manager jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. Brand management is primarily a desk-based, strategic role, which makes remote and hybrid arrangements common. About 40% of brand manager openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the role's compatibility with distributed work. Strategy, content development, and campaign oversight are the functions most often performed fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a brand manager in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a marketing coordinator or marketing associate role at a Florida employer. Large Florida-based companies in hospitality, retail, and consumer goods, such as restaurant groups and regional retailers, routinely hire marketing coordinators as stepping-stone roles. Building a portfolio of campaign work, earning a digital marketing certification, and targeting associate brand manager postings at mid-size Florida companies all improve candidacy without requiring prior brand manager experience.
Where can I find and apply to brand manager jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to brand manager jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings from employers actively hiring. Find the roles that fit your experience and location and apply directly through the listings.
