About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious Public Relations Intern to join our team for the upcoming spring semester in Philadelphia. This paid internship offers college seniors/juniors invaluable hands-on experience in an agency environment while working flexibly around your class schedule. This internship will run from late January - April. Intern schedule will vary with school schedules. Tuesday and/or Wednesday are in-office requirements.
What You'll Do
- Research Support - Conduct comprehensive media research, develop targeted media lists, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic insights that inform our communication strategies.
- Monitoring & Content Creation - Tracking news cycles, identifying trends, and helping produce compelling content
- Project Coordination Support: Assist team members with event logistics, vendor management, and campaign coordination. You'll develop essential project management skills while ensuring seamless execution of client initiatives.
- Media Relations Contributor: Learn the art of media outreach by drafting press materials, supporting media pitching efforts, and helping secure valuable coverage for client announcements, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Digital Content Creator: Social media support and content development for both agency and client accounts.
- Agency Operations Assist: Experience the full spectrum of agency life by supporting various departments and projects. This exposure will give you comprehensive insight into how a successful communications agency operates.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work on-site at our Center City Philadelphia office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

- Mastery over Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience and foundational knowledge n communications related coursework/internships
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized, able to juggle multiple projects.
