Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will represent Timex Solution Inc. by visiting local businesses in Fresno, CA and selling our digital services — including content creation, custom app and website development, and AI automation & workflow solutions. This is a field-based role where your communication skills and hustle directly impact your earnings.

Duties

• Visit and pitch local businesses in Fresno, CA on behalf of Timex Solution Inc.
• Sell services including content creation, web/app development, and AI automation & workflow solutions
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Collaborate with the internal team on client onboarding and follow-ups
• Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with digital services (websites, apps, content, or automation) is a strong plus
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in territory or field sales is a plus
• Ability to generate leads and build new business relationships
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Strong verbal and written communication — you must be confident talking to people
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle (field-based role)

Compensation: $19.00/hour + 5% commission on every closed sale

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
