Sales Executive Jobs in Nashville: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales executive job in Nashville?
Nashville's strongest hiring is in healthcare IT, SaaS platforms serving the music industry, financial services, and hospitality technology, with employer concentrations in the Gulch, Midtown, and the Cool Springs corridor in Brentwood. Candidates who can demonstrate territory management experience in any of those verticals move fastest through local hiring pipelines. A direct outreach strategy to hiring managers at mid-market companies tends to outperform application volume alone in this market.
Which companies hire sales executives in Nashville?
Nashville sales executive roles are posted by Asure Software, CooperCompanies, and USI Insurance Services and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The local market is especially active among healthcare technology vendors, regional insurance carriers, and SaaS companies that have relocated or expanded their revenue teams into Nashville over the past several years.
Are there remote sales executive jobs in Nashville?
Yes, though sales executive roles vary, with territory-based and enterprise field roles remaining largely in-person while inside sales and account management positions are more frequently remote. About 69% of sales executive openings tied to Nashville are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the city's growing base of software and technology employers. Inside sales and SaaS account executive roles represent the strongest share of remote options in the local market.
How can I get a sales executive job in Nashville with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Nashville is through a business development representative or account coordinator role at one of the city's healthcare IT or SaaS companies, which regularly hire and promote from within. Nashville's mid-market technology firms and healthcare vendors tend to run structured sales development programs that build toward executive-level responsibilities. Familiarity with CRM platforms and a demonstrated ability to hit activity metrics will give entry-level candidates a clear edge with local hiring managers.
Which industries hire the most sales executives in Nashville?
Nashville sales executive roles concentrate in Insurance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Nashville's outsized role as a national hub for healthcare operations, combined with its growing technology and entertainment business ecosystem, drives consistent executive-level sales demand across those sectors throughout the year.
