A boutique provider of custom shades and blinds, is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in Fort Lauderdale.
We are looking for the right candidate to start immediately to train (paid) in our Fort Lauderdale showroom.
The hours are M-F 9:00AM - 5:00PM (somewhat flexible hours and days) and
Saturday 10:00AM - 4:00PM.
Availability to work on Saturdays is a MUST. You must have your own car and clean background history. We need someone that can work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent computer skills (emails, order processing)
- Serve as the first point of contact for showroom visitors.
- Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant preferred
- Efficiently handle inbound phone inquiries and schedule estimates and installations.
- Process orders, prepare quotes, and generate invoices using QuickBooks.
- Provide any additional support as needed.
- Maintain showroom organized and clean.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
