Sales Manager Jobs in Orlando: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales manager job in Orlando?
Start by targeting the sectors that drive the most hiring in Orlando: hospitality and resort management, healthcare services, SaaS and technology, and real estate. Employers along International Drive, in Lake Nona's medical city, and in the Sand Lake Road corridor post frequently. Candidates with proven team leadership in a high-volume, guest-facing or quota-driven environment stand out here, where tourism and growth-stage tech companies dominate the pipeline.
Which companies hire sales managers in Orlando?
Orlando sales manager roles are posted by EchoPark Automotive, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Aaron's and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The local market includes a mix of major hospitality groups, regional healthcare systems, national retailers with large Florida operations, and mid-size SaaS companies with offices in the Lake Nona and downtown corridors.
Are there remote sales manager jobs in Orlando?
Yes, though sales manager roles are less remote-friendly than individual contributor sales positions, since managing a team often requires in-person coaching and pipeline oversight. About 57% of sales manager openings tied to Orlando are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with hybrid schedules most common. The roles most likely to offer remote flexibility in Orlando are in SaaS, insurance, and business-to-business services.
How can I get a sales manager job in Orlando with little or no experience?
The most realistic path in Orlando is moving up from a high-performing individual contributor role in hospitality, retail, or technology sales, where promotions to team lead or assistant manager are common. Large resort operators and regional healthcare companies often hire internal candidates into first-time management roles. Building a record closing deals at Walt Disney World Parks, AdventHealth, or a local SaaS startup and then stepping into a team lead title positions you well for a full manager opening.
