Sales Operations Jobs in Seattle: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales operations job in Seattle?
The most direct path is targeting Seattle's dense cloud and enterprise SaaS sector, where sales operations roles are most active. South Lake Union and the Eastside Bellevue corridor concentrate the highest volume of openings. Candidates who stand out typically combine CRM proficiency with experience in revenue forecasting or pipeline analytics. Familiarity with the tools common in Seattle's tech ecosystem, such as Salesforce and Outreach, gives a measurable edge over generalist applicants.
Which companies hire sales operationss in Seattle?
Seattle sales operations roles are posted by Amazon, Amazon Web Services, and Ursus and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Seattle's hiring base skews heavily toward mid-stage and enterprise technology companies, with a secondary cluster in e-commerce operations and healthcare technology.
Are there remote sales operations jobs in Seattle?
Yes, sales operations is one of the more remote-compatible functions in go-to-market teams, since much of the work centers on data analysis, CRM administration, and reporting rather than on-site coordination. About 50% of sales operations openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the flexibility that Seattle's tech employers commonly extend. Revenue reporting and territory planning roles tend to see the highest share of fully remote arrangements.
How can I get a sales operations job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a sales coordinator or sales analyst role at one of Seattle's mid-size SaaS or e-commerce companies, where scope is manageable and mentorship is more accessible than at larger enterprises. Many candidates also move laterally from inside sales or business analyst positions. Building hands-on skills in Salesforce administration through certifications and contributing to CRM clean-up projects makes early applications significantly stronger in Seattle's competitive market.
