INTRODUCTION
Join us as a Senior Distribution and e-Commerce Field Sales Representative and shape how we grow through strategic distributor partnerships and digital commerce. This role blends relationship-building with digital innovation, driving revenue growth across traditional and online channels.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with distributor accounts, e-commerce pure players, and marketplaces to maximize business growth
- Execute sales actions leveraging marketing campaigns and distribution transformation initiatives including digitization and sustainability
- Understand distributor needs and create conditions that drive sales performance across online and offline channels
- Manage contracts and account plans that align with commercial strategy to optimize portfolio performance and win against competition
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Account Management — advanced level; orchestrating distributor relationships to maximize revenue and market penetration
- Customer Orientation — advanced level; ensuring distributors deliver exceptional experiences with our portfolio
- Product Application — advanced level; positioning solutions that improve customer efficiency and sustainability performance
- Communication — advanced level; influencing stakeholders across distribution channels and internal teams
- Consultative Selling — intermediate level; identifying strategic opportunities aligned with distributor business models
- Customer Relationship Management — intermediate level; managing contracts and account plans to drive long-term partnerships
- Channel Development — intermediate level; supporting distributor specialization and digital transformation initiatives
- Negotiation — intermediate level; closing business for products, software, and services across the value chain

COMPENSATION
- Expected pay range: USD 133,600 - USD 200,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
