Sales Representative, Part-Time | Shaolin Mixed Martial Arts, Bremerton
Pay: $19/hr plus commission. Part-time, 3:00-9:00 PM Monday through Friday, plus Saturday mornings.
About the role
You'll turn people who are interested in martial arts into members. You'll welcome them when they come in for their first class, walk them through our programs, and sign them up. We want a closer: someone who's confident asking for the sale, follows up without being reminded, and is motivated by commission.
What you'll do:
- Meet new prospects at their first class and guide them to a membership
- Close sales and complete member sign-ups and agreements
- Follow up with prospects who haven't joined yet
- Call and message new leads to book their first class
- Cover the front desk during class hours and keep member records current in our CRM
You'll do well if you:
- Have sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Are confident, competitive, and not afraid of hearing no
- Hold yourself accountable to your own numbers
